"I would like to express my complete satisfaction with my teeth treatment  done by the Dental & Implantology team at Saint James Hospital, in Malta. To be honest I was a little worried at first but when I met Dr. Mark Diacono,  my surgeon, he put my mind at ease right away, with the options of the treatment he discussed with me.

I had just arrived from Canada for a three and a half months stay and decided to go ahead with the treatment. There was no time to loose,  so his team organized a schedule of appointments with the challenging task of concluding this treatment in record time, which they did. After a few appointments I met Dr. Nickolai Attard who designed my teeth to my specifications and discussed at length what I wanted.

The end result is amazing I regained so much confidence and also saved myself a fortune compared to Canada.

I must say that I went back to Canada, a much happier man,  and all this thanks  to the team at the Dental &  Implantology Unit.

"I will be honest and say I was worried about leaving England for treatment on my teeth - a different country, different language and no family around was daunting.

I couldn't afford the treatment in England and what I had been offered on the National Health Service was too basic. So I put my teeth and trust in the hands of the Dental Implantology team at St James - they organised accommodation at the neighbouring Victoria Hotel for me and my partner and all the necessary hospital arrangements so all I needed to do was book the flights.

I made about 3 trips to Malta over a period of ten months for my operation and treatment and I still saved my self a fortune compared to England!

The hospital staff were friendly, attentive and my room was lovely and clean and the staff's English was fantastic.

My surgeon was Mark Diacono, a miracle worker as far as my teeth were concerned and he made me feel at ease at a rather scary time. Nickolai Attard designed my teeth to my specifications and discussed at length what I wanted. The result is amazing and has given me so much confidence.

"I went to the Dental & Implantology Unit as I wanted a permanent and comprehensive solution for my teeth which had given me problems since childhood.

Given the poor state of my teeth, they suggested a total replacement of both the upper and lower set, with implants and new sets of teeth.

My major concern was not the actual surgery itself as I knew I was in good hands, but what the final result would look like. I wanted something that looked totally natural and not like a false set of teeth that sit akwardly in the mouth! I had no reason to worry! The Consultants at the Dental Unit paid such attention to the design, shape and colour of the teeth and the final result is perfect - totally natural!
