How to keep your Children's teeth healthy.
- Choose the right toothbrush. A small head with a good grip and with rounded tips
- Brush at least twice a day, after breakfast and just before bedtime
- Use the brush without water and with only a pea sized amount of fluoride toothpaste
- The sides and tops of every tooth should be brushed. You will have to help your child with the parts difficult to reach
- Wash the brush after use and store upright so it dries properly
